This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across KIBI Sports products. Payments on the platform are processed by our authorised payment partners. All refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds for event registrations are governed by the refund terms stated by the event organizer at the time of registration. If an organizer cancels an event, registration fees for that event are refunded. For organizer-specific questions, contact the organizer through the event page or write to us at the address below.
Equipment and merchandise orders are governed by the returns and refunds policy published on shop.kibisports.com, including for international orders.
Subscriptions and platform fees for organizations and brands are governed by the applicable order form or services agreement, including its cancellation terms. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable, and cancellation stops future billing periods rather than refunding past ones.
Email admin@kibisports.org with your transaction reference. We acknowledge refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank timelines for the credit to appear typically range from 5 to 10 business days.
