These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KIBI Sports platform, including our website, mobile application, admin portal, sponsorship platform, and marketplace. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

KIBI Sports India provides a digital sports ecosystem platform connecting athletes, sports organizations, and brands/sponsors. The platform includes event management tools, athlete profiles, brand campaign matching, payment processing, and a marketplace for sports products.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Athlete accounts require a valid referral/invite code from a registered organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
KYC verification may be required for certain platform features.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Provide false information or impersonate others
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Interfere with the platform's operation or security
Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by our partner Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Event ticket purchases, campaign payouts, and marketplace transactions are subject to the specific terms of each transaction. Refund policies are determined by the event organizer or seller, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the platform.
By posting content, you grant KIBI Sports a license to display and distribute it within the platform.
Campaign deliverables may be subject to separate usage agreements between brands and athletes.
KIBI Sports branding, logos, and platform design are our intellectual property.

6. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations using the admin portal are responsible for managing their events, athletes, and staff in compliance with applicable laws. This includes obtaining appropriate consent for athlete data processing, managing staff access permissions, and ensuring event safety standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

KIBI Sports provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from event participation, campaign outcomes, marketplace transactions, or third-party service failures, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the mobile app settings, subject to the data retention provisions in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
