Kibi shall correct or complete or update the data principal information on their request. It is the duty of customer to strictly refrain from making any false or frivolous grievance to the Kibi Sports.

If Kibi Sports transfers Client Personal Data to a Sub processor or any other third party located outside the territory of India, it shall ensure that such transfer is made in compliance with the Data Protection Laws in India. Kibi Sports will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such International Transfers, such as the use of standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Kibi Sports will promptly notify the Client if it becomes aware of a Personal Data Breach. Kibi Sports notification will describe the nature of the Personal Data Breach, the categories and approximate number of Data Subjects affected, the categories and approximate number of records concerned, the likely consequences of the Personal Data Breach, and the measures taken or proposed to be taken to address the Personal Data Breach, including measures to mitigate its possible adverse effects. Kibi Sports will cooperate with the Client and take reasonable steps to assist in the investigation, mitigation, and remediation of the Personal Data Breach.

 

LEGAL TERMS CONCERNING OUR BETAS PROGRAM

I. There will be no rewards and/or compensation for participating in the beta programs.

II. All decisions taken by Kibi Sports Private Limited and/or their representatives related to the beta are absolute and final.

III. Filling our questionnaires does not guarantee you a spot in any beta program.

IV. All the betas we share with you are for your feedback only

V. You will not disclose any information related to any beta to any person, institution, group of people, and/or organisations without the express written permission from Kibi Sports Private Limited
