How booking and payments work
Booking a sports pro, event registrations and refunds, and how to reach us.
Pro Services runs inside the KIBI Sports app. Download the app, browse professionals by speciality, pick a slot from their availability and book. Payment is taken at booking and held by KIBI until the session is completed and confirmed with the START and END codes.
Only after the session is confirmed by both sides. You read the professional a START code when the session begins and an END code when it finishes; the payout is released once the professional has entered both.
Report it in the app. KIBI reviews the report and refunds you in full; because the money sits with KIBI rather than with the provider, there is nothing to chase.
Event payments are processed through our regulated payment partners (Cashfree and Razorpay) with automatic settlement tracking. The platform handles registration fees, coupon management, invoicing, and refunds. Refunds for event registrations are governed by the refund terms stated by the event organizer at the time of registration. If an organizer cancels an event, registration fees for that event are refunded.

The admin portal covers 6 core modules: onboarding and invites, memberships and athlete management, event operations (creation, registration, check-in, scoring, certificates), communications and CRM, payments and payouts (through Cashfree and Razorpay), and reporting and analytics.
Most organizations go live within two weeks. Day 1 is a discovery call, days 2-3 for account setup and configuration, days 3-5 for athlete migration or invite-based onboarding, and by week 2 your first event is live.
Yes. The admin portal supports custom roles with granular permissions. You can create different access levels for administrators, coaches, event managers, and other staff members.
Event payments are processed through our regulated payment partners (Cashfree and Razorpay) with automatic settlement tracking. The platform handles registration fees, coupon management, invoicing, and refunds.

All sports industry professionals are welcome — athletes, coaches, trainers, and sports enthusiasts across every sport. No referral or invite code is required. Simply sign up and build your verified profile. Affiliate membership is also available for those who want to be formally part of the platform community, though it is not compulsory.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms your identity using government-issued documents (Aadhaar, PAN). Your documents are admin-reviewed to ensure your profile is trusted and verified on the platform.
When you complete a brand campaign's deliverables and they are approved, your payout is processed through the platform. You can track earnings, view transaction history, and manage your bank account in the app.
Yes. The KIBI Sports app is live on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Download it on your iPhone or Android device to get started.

You submit a campaign brief with your goals, target sports, geography, and budget. Our AI algorithm scores athletes across sport fit, geographic reach, audience tier, deliverable capabilities, and budget compatibility, producing a match score from 0-100 for each athlete-brief combination.
Athletes are classified into five tiers: Nano (under 10K followers), Micro (10K-50K), Mid (50K-200K), Macro (200K-1M), and Mega (1M+). The platform supports campaigns at every tier level.
The platform shows teaser information (name, sport, city, tier) for matched athletes. Full profiles with detailed metrics are unlocked after booking a demo with our sponsorship team.
Four categories: athlete sponsorships (direct brand-athlete partnerships), league and tournament sponsorships (title, ground branding, digital rights), venue sponsorships (naming rights, digital screens, merchandise zones), and event activations (sampling, product placement, experiential marketing).

KIBI Sports is built in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data is encrypted, access is role-controlled, and we follow data minimization principles. You have full rights to access, correct, and delete your data.
KYC documents are used only for identity verification. Where verification runs through our identity-verification partner, Didit, your ID document and a live selfie are shared with Didit to confirm the document is genuine and matches you; they are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing. You can request deletion of your documents at any time.
All payments are processed through regulated, PCI DSS compliant payment partners (Cashfree and Razorpay). KIBI Sports does not store card details. Transaction data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
